Course Description

Sampling theory, organization and presentation of data, measures of central tendency, variance, standard deviation, exploratory data analysis, correlation and regression, normal distributions, students t-distributions, statistical inference, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, use of a statistical software package, bootstrapping, and randomization techniques. This course requires MAT 093 Integrated Arithmetic and Basic Algebra, or equivalent background knowledge.
