Course Description

This course is designed to explore the anthropologic, political, and linguistic aspects of the culture of the deaf. Discussion and topics will provide the student with an understanding of the issues of being a deaf individual in a hearing world and trends of the deaf culture. B: B Section 4445 is a Distance Education online course. Registered students must login to the Canvas course site at http://www.elcamino.edu/library/distance-ed/Canvas_Students.asp before the start of the semester, and follow the instructions, or you may be dropped from the course.
