Course Description

This course will help the student understand how a residential real estate agent or broker operates their business, and the factors involved in developing a career in real estate. The student will learn about the how to of real estate and what a successful real estate agent does to thrive in the competitive and potentially lucrative residential real estate industry. If you are interested in learning about all the activities involved in working in the real estate field in an effort to see if this industry is right for you, this is a helpful class. Strongly Recommended: REST 80. REST 84-EN1 is an online course with no required on-campus meetings.
