Course Description

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of data journalism, providing them with the skills to analyze datasets, communicate complex information clearly, and design compelling visualizations. Students will learn how to identify data-driven stories, interpret basic statistics, and build interactive graphics that enhance their reporting. By the end of the session, students are expected to be competent in writing about data, basic data analysis and creating data visualizations.
